South Carolina knocks Kentucky out of the SEC tournament

The eleventh-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks live to see another day in the SEC tournament, knocking off three-seeded Kentucky 3-1. The loss eliminates Kentucky from the tournament. Kentucky held a 1-0 lead until South Carolina’s T.J. Hopkins hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the seventh off of Logan Salow. The South Carolina bullpen limited Kentucky’s comeback efforts.
