SEC Tournament Day 3: In Case You Were Wondering...
03/13/2011 12:15 PM
— Sitting in one spot for 14 hours isn’t very eventful. Our first day in Atlanta, a couple of us sat at one table at STATS for over 14 hours. We got there at 9:30 for the radio show and left right at midnight. If you’ve never had the opportunity to order four separate meals off one menu, I highly recommend it. Especially when the buffalo chicken wrap doubles as breakfast and dinner.
— This five bedroom house was not constructed for 16 people. I’m lucky enough to have my private bedroom, but it’s awkward for some. And when I say I have my own bedroom, I’m sleeping under the Bowflex machine right next to the exercise bike.
— The Georgia Dome is massive. I had seen it on TV hundreds of times, but it’s even bigger is person.
— Kentucky fans are crazy. And they’re EVERYWHERE.
— I hate Florida. Well, I better say I highly dislike Florida. GO CATS!
We’re about to go to dinner at a Brazilian Steakhouse (I don’t even know what that means) and then it’s out for our first night on the town. Tomorrow we’ll be up early for a little thing called the SEC Championship.)
Talk to you soon.
