Takeaways from Kentucky's 34-6 loss to Alabama

UK Football went into Tuscaloosa and held their own against the No. 1 team in the country…for a quarter.

Kentucky was tied with Alabama 3-3 after the first quarter of play. From there, turnovers killed the Cats and Alabama stepped up their physicality. In the end, Kentucky fell to Alabama 34-6, but head coach Mark Stoops was relatively satisfied with how his team handled themselves against the top team in the country.

We discussed the defense’s improvement over the last two weeks and why the offense is struggling to get things going.
