Previewing Kentucky's Wide Receivers for 2017

06/27/2017 07:15 PM

Kentucky’s receiving core is hoping for a big season. Lamar Thomas’ group has a good mix of experience and youth on the roster. Seniors Garrett Johnson, Dorian Baker, Charles Walker and Blake Bone are all looking to finish their careers strong, while junior Kayaune Ross and sophomore Tavin Richardson are expected to be contributors. The Cats also brought in freshman Clevan Thomas, who enrolled in January and was a three-star prospect in high school. Kentucky does have to replace Jeff Badet, who transferred to Oklahoma after last season. Badet led Kentucky in receiving yards with 670.

TJ Beisner and Bradley McKee break down the expectations for the receiving core this season.
