Practice Report August 16th: Gran likes team's mindset

08/16/2016 05:06 PM

The UK football team continued their camp today, though they did have a small break, with only one practice this morning. They’ll resume their two-a-days tomorrow with a morning and afternoon session. The story continues to be positive for the offense. Offensive coordinator Eddie Gran remains pleased with the team’s performance and most importantly, their new mindset.

One area of particular focus for the offense throughout the off-season has been improving an offensive line that has struggled the past few years with inconsistent play. They have the luxury of four returning starters, including a preseason all-conference pick in center Jon Toth. Gran says he’s seen positive developments so far.
