Nerlens Noel Nominated For Geico Play Of The Year

Kentucky freshman Nerlens Noel was nominated for Geico Play of the Year for his alley-oop throw down against Auburn on January 19. Each week for eight weeks, four plays will be nominated. Fans can vote on Facebook at facebook.com/BestofCollegeBasketball, and one play from each week will advance to the finals. The winner will be announced April 6 on during the Geico Best of College Basketball special on CBS.

In the game against Auburn, Archie Goodwin threw up the alley oop for Noel, who hurtled a defender for the two-hand dunk. Watch the play here and be sure to vote!
