McDonald's All-American Game: West beats the East 109-107

Twenty-four of the top high school seniors in the country played in the McDonald’s All-American game tonight in Chicago.

The East team, which consisted of Kentucky’s four All-Americans, fell to the West team 109-107.

It was a relatively quiet night for the future Wildcats. Quade Green lead all Kentucky players with nine points (4-12 FG). He also had seven assists. PJ Washington contributed seven points and five rebounds, while Jarred Vanderbilt and Nick Richards both had two points.

Kentucky targets Mohamed Bamba and Kevin Knox had strong performances. Bamba scored 17 points, while Knox scored 15 points.

Missouri commit Michael Porter Jr. was named MVP of the game. He scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
