Kentucky natives Derek Willis and Dominique Hawkins both had big weekends in Nashville as Kentucky claimed its 30th SEC tournament title.

Willis averaged 6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game in Kentucky’s three wins.

Hawkins averaged 8.6 points and 2.3 steals per game while playing over 26 minutes per game. The Richmond, Kentucky native scored a career-high 14 points in Sunday’s win over Arkansas and was named to the All-SEC tournament team following his performance.

Former Cat Mark Krebs joins Clayton Abernathy to discuss the importance of strong senior play from Willis and Hawkins in the NCAA Tournament.
