The Kentucky basketball team opened SEC Tournament play with a 62-49 win over the Georgia Bulldogs in St. Louis.

Kentucky was without freshman forward Jarred Vanderbilt, who injured his foot earlier this week, but Kentucky did not miss a beat. PJ Washington scored 18 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added 15 points and 9 assists.

This is what the players were saying in the locker room after the game.
