Kentucky Defeats NKU 93-63 Before Heading To Champions Classic

Just two days after winning their season opener, Kentucky defeated Northern Kentucky 93-63, and the team looked impressive as they head to Chicago to face off against No. 2 Michigan State.

Julius Randle led the team in scoring with 22 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. He got a double-double in the first half with 11 points and 10 rebounds. This gives Randle his fourth straight double-double going back to exhibition games. The Harrison Twins both scored in double digits, Aaron with 16 points and Andrew with 13. Alex Poythress continues to come off the bench strong for the Cats. He scored 9 points, all strong finishes, and grabbed 7 rebounds.
