Jordan Griffin Explains Why His Teammates Look Up to Him

08/09/2017 10:46 AM

Sophomore cornerback Jordan Griffin has received a lot of praise lately from his teammates.

Last week, junior safety Mike Edwards called Griffin a perfect person on and off the field. Derrick Baity echoed a similar statement, praising Griffin for his work ethic and dedication to getting better every day.

Griffin credits his work ethic for why his teammates look up to him.

“I’m a lab rat,” said Griffin. “I’ve got to get the little things. I feel like it’s the little things that make you who you are and those are the things that we stress. Those are the things that I live by on a day-to-day basis.”
