Joker Phillips Talks About Decision To Play Patrick Towles

With Max Smith sidelined indefinitely, Joker Phillips has decided to pull the redshirt off of former Highlands star Patrick Towles and play him, in addition to fellow freshman Jalen Whitlow. After today’s practice, Joker talked about the quarterback position.
