After posting 18 points and 13 assists to lead Washington to a 104-98 road victory over top seed Atlanta in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Sunday, Wall seemed primed to get the Wizards to at least the conference finals and maybe win the East with Cleveland weak and wounded.
Without him, its unlikely the Wizards will get past the Hawks.
During Wall’s five-year NBA career, the Wizards are 10-40 when he doesn’t play, including a 106-90 loss in Game 2 vs. Atlanta on Tuesday.
Game 3 of the series tips off at 5:00 p.m. ET on Saturday in D.C.
