Jacob Tamme's seventh "Swings for Soldiers" a success

Former UK football player Jacob Tamme hosted his seventh annual “Swings for Soldiers” golf classic this afternoon in Lexington. The event is partnered with Homes for our Troops, a non profit organization that helps build houses for service members who have been severely injured in combat. In total, Swings for Soldiers has raised over $500,000 to help our troops live in specially adapted homes to fit their needs. We caught up with Jacob earlier and he told us why this event means so much to him. Check it out:
