Isaiah Briscoe and Isaac Humphries discuss "Alpha Dog" Mentality

10/19/2016 07:18 PM

Sophomores Isaiah Briscoe and Isaac Humphries represented Kentucky alongside John Calipari’s at today’s SEC basketball media day. One of Coach Calipari’s main points of the afternoon was that this team needs to have “alpha dogs” on the court if they want to have a successful season. He says the 38-1 team found success throughout the year because of the “alpha dogs” they had on their roster.

We asked both Isaac Humphries and Isaiah Briscoe about having the “alpha dog” mentality and for them, it’s just about being as competitive as possible.
