One Kentucky player is dominating the field this summer—and that’s Suns guard Devin Booker. Booker is second in the summer league in scoring at 26 points per game (behind Trey Lyles) and first in assists at 6.5 per game. He was named a standout by Sports Illustrated for his play so far. He’s coming off of an impressive rookie season, where he averaged 13.8 points per game and was named to the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team last year.

T.J. and Mark discussed if Devin is ready to take the next step—and be an elite NBA player.
