Free agent update: UK players on the move

Rajon Rondo is headed to play for his fourth team in two seasons. The 10-year NBA veteran has agreed to a 2-year/nearly $28 million deal with the Chicago Bulls. Rondo will fill in the spot left by former MVP Derrick Rose, who is now with the New York Knicks.

Rondo told The Undefeated, “I’m excited. Great organization with pieces around me that I’m excited about.”

Another former Wildcat is on the move…he just doesn’t know where yet. Terrence Jones is an unrestricted free agent after the Houston Rockets declined to offer him a contract. Jones, who battled injuries all last season, averaged 8.7 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. His career average with Houston in four seasons was 10.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.

The former national champion is looking for a new start. Where does Jones fit in the NBA? We discussed.
