Expectations for Jemarl Baker in 2017

As John Calipari was assembling his 2017 recruiting class, he realized that he needed a shooter.

He found Jemarl Baker to be the perfect fit. Baker played high school ball in California at Roosevelt high school, where he averaged over 17 points per game and knocked down 94 three pointers as a senior. He was a four-star prospect coming out of high school. Baker is hoping to bring that strong shooting touch to Lexington next season.
