The NBA Combine that took place on Friday and Saturday at the Joe Craft Center in Lexington was probably Coach Cal’s most ingenious plan to date. It included… 90 NBA executives and scouts lining the practice court… an ESPN broadcast booth because ESPN U was airing every second of action…. and this year’s team was given an unmatched opportunity to impress their potential employers (or anyone else across the country who happened to tune in).

ESPN’s Myron Medcalf was in Lexington all weekend covering the event. He hopped on with KSTV’s Thomas Beisner today to give his thoughts on the inaugural UK-NBA Combine.
