Eric Bledsoe embracing new role as the Sun's leader

Former UK guard Eric Bledsoe is preparing for his sixth NBA season and his third with the Phoenix Suns. An article published in the Arizona Central took a look at Bledsoe’s new role as a leader for the young Phoenix squad. Bledsoe, who has battled through injury during his time with the Suns, averaged 20.4 points and 6.1 assists per game last year in 31 games played. Bledsoe and the rest of the Phoenix Suns are currently in San Diego training and also doing team-bonding activities. We discussed the maturation of Bledsoe and how his new role will impact the other Kentucky guys on the Suns roster.
