Eddie Gran talks first few days of preseason camp

Kentucky football strapped on the shoulder pads for the first time this morning. Offensive coordinator Eddie Gran spoke with the media following day three of fall camp.

“Running around, you can tell they know the offense in terms of the installation,” said Gran. “Today was a little bit of sloppy just because of the first day of pads and the execution wasn’t great. We just got to clean up some things, but their enthusiasm and the way they came out and are competing, I’m excited about that.”

Gran also talked about A.J. Rose’s development, which freshmen are standing out and if Blake Bone is ready to step up this season.
