Multiple Kentucky football assistant coaches have sons who are playing high school football in Lexington this year. One of them is Dayton LeBlanc, the son of UK defensive line coach Derrick LeBlanc. Dayton is a senior at the new Frederick Douglass High School, where he plays both offensive and defensive line for the Stallions. His father is UK defensive line coach Derrick LeBlanc.
Dayton is set to play college football next year at the University of North Texas. When his playing career is over, he hopes to make a difference as a coach just like his father does.
