There is a lot of excitement surrounding the Kentucky football program as they prepare to start preseason camp on Sunday. The Cats are coming off of a seven-win season and a bowl appearance for the first time since 2010, all while returning 17 total starters and a having a favorable schedule.

Kentucky still isn’t receiving any love from the media. They were picked to finish fifth in the SEC East following media days a few weeks ago. Cole Cubelic, a former offensive lineman for the Auburn Tigers and a current SEC Network analyst, disagrees with the media’s selection. He has Kentucky finishing third in the SEC East behind Florida and Georgia.

Cubelic joined KSTV to discuss why he picked Kentucky third in the SEC East, how big the gap is between Kentucky and Georgia/Florida, and what he thinks of Kentucky’s experienced offensive line.
