Blue Squad Dominates in Kentucky's Blue/White Scrimmage

The Blue Squad defeated the White Squad 88-67 in UK’s annual Blue/White Scrimmage. Kevin Knox led all scorers with 22 points, going 9/14 from the field (1/3 from the three-point line, 3/6 from the free-throw line), with seven rebounds and one assist, playing the entire 40 minutes.

Wenyen Gabriel, who appeared to have suffered a minor head injury in the first half, finished with 15, 3 and 4 for the White team and ten and four for the Blue team.

Hamidou Diallo and Quade Green each left the game in the second half with cramps. Diallo had four points for the White team and 11 points, one rebound and two assists for the Blue team. Green also played for both teams, and finished with 18 total points, five rebounds, and seven assists.

Collectively, the Cats shot 59-120.
