Aaron Harrison tabbed as SEC Preseason Player of the Year

UK was picked to win the SEC at this year’s media day and sophomore Aaron Harrison has been picked as the SEC’s Preseason Player of the Year. The shooting guard from Richmond, Texas averaged 13.7 points, 3 rebounds and 1.9 assists last season as a freshman before breaking out in the NCAA Tournament.

The Cats were also well represented on the All-SEC Second Team with Aaron’s brother, Andrew, Willie Cauley-Stein, Alex Poythress and Karl-Anthony Towns.
