During the early college football signing day period, Kentucky Football landed 20 signees. Among them, two tight ends. Keaton Upshaw is a three-star tight end from Lima, Ohio. The 6’7”, 225 pound senior ranks no. 32 for all the 2018 tight ends and 29th of all the players in the state of Ohio according to 24/7 sports. Amid the early college football signing period, one name that has Kentucky fans excited: Terry Wilson Jr. Terry “Touchdown” Wilson is a junior college quarterback out of Garden City Community College in Kansas. The Oklahoma City-native attended Oregon prior to his junior college season. 24/7 Sports and Rivals gives Wilson three stars and ranks him the number two dual-threat Q-B coming out of JUCO. Kentucky's Early Signing Day a Success

Kentucky’s first early signing day was a success. Kentucky signed 20 of its 21 commitments, with the only omission being LB Xavier Peters. The Kentucky football team accepted a bid to play in the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl on Sunday. The Wildcats (7-5) will face Northwestern (9-3) in Jacksonville on Dec. 29 at 4:30 p.m. ET. UK football adding new assistant coach

A job posting went up Wednesday morning on the University of Kentucky’s human resources website, which says the school is looking to hire a football assistant. The new position will not replace anyone currently on staff, but will instead be an additional on-field coach for Mark Stoops.
