There is no typical day for UK Nutritionist Monica Fowler. She may be sitting in meetings or helping athletes prepare healthy snacks and meals throughout their day. She is in charge of working with all 22 Wildcat teams and she enjoys doing something she loves. The Cats beat the Vols, but this time with a quarterback 29-26

It’s been six years since the Wildcats beat the Volunteers. It was won in 2011 10-7 by Senior wide receiver Matt Roark playing quarterback. This time Kentucky had a quarterback, Stephen Johnson and boy was he good. He was 6/15 with only 64 yards rushing but in the third quarter Johnson had a nice 34 yard run but landed weird on his shoulder and that forced him to come out of the game. Earlier tonight, Rich Brooks (football), Chuck Hayes (men’s basketball), James Johnson (wrestling), Molly Johnson-Belcher (softball), Bernadette Madigan-Dugan (cross country/track and field) and Wesley Woodyard (football) were inducted into the University of Kentucky Athletics Hall Of Fame Class of 2016. Kentucky needs to build upon their strong showing in the SEC Tournament if they plan on getting out of the first round in St. Louis.
