The UK track and field men’s and women’s teams are getting ready to hit the road, as both will compete in next week’s NCAA Outdoor Championships finals. The UK women’s team is ranked No. 4, and the men’s team is ranked No. 14 in the nation heading to the meet in Eugene, Oregon that will be held June 6-9. University of Kentucky Partners with Kroger to Donate $25,000 to Lexington City Parks Project

The University of Kentucky along with it’s partner Kroger, announced a new initiative that includes donating funds to renovate community fields in Kentucky each year. This year’s inaugural $25,000 award will go to projects at Castlewood Park and Kirklevington Park in Lexington. UK Football recruiting in the state is heating up along with the temperatures. One player Mark Stoops and his staff have their eyes on: Wandale Robinson. UK SOFTBALL | Wildcats Ready to Host NCAA Regional Tournament

The University of Kentucky softball team will host the 2018 NCAA Softball Regionals, starting Friday through Sunday of this week. The Wildcats were announced as a host team for the regional tournament during Sunday night’s NCAA Softball Selection Show. The Cats are ranked #19 in USA Today/NFCA Coaches poll and will battle Illinois-Chicago in the second game of the regional tournament at 2:30pm. The No. 17 Kentucky Baseball team (31-17, 11-13 SEC) has an important weekend series ahead- both on and off the field. The University of Kentucky held the 16th annual CATSPY Awards were held Monday in Memorial Coliseum to recognize athletic and academic performances during the 2017-18 year in the UK Athletics department. With co-winners in some categories, 37 individuals were recognized as well as three teams. Sophomore running back A.J. Rose rushed for 134 yards and three touchdowns as the Blue (offense) beat the White (defense) 45-32 in Kentucky football team’s annual Blue-White Game Friday night at Kroger Field. Rose, who carried 15 times for 37 yards during his redshirt freshman season in 2017, had five carries of 10 yards or more and scored three of the game’s five touchdowns. Friday at Keeneland Race Track in Lexington, hundreds of dedicated Kentucky fans waited in line to get their Maker’s Mark Bottle signed. Fourth commemorative Maker's Mark bottle in five-bottle series to be released

The fourth commemorative Maker’s Mark bottle in a five-bottle series is set to go on sale Friday, April 6. Maker’s Mark and Keeneland have partnered with the University of Kentucky to raise $2 million for the Center for Academic and Tutorial Services (CATS) through the companies’ contributions and a portion of proceeds from the bottle sales.
