Tuesday night’s rivalry match between the Louisville and Kentucky men’s soccer teams lived up to the hype. In fact, regulation and two overtime periods were not enough time to determine a winner, as #8 Louisville (3-0-1) and #19 Kentucky (3-0-1) battled to a 2-2 draw in front of nearly 3,000 fans inside Lynn Stadium. Former Kentucky basketball player Winston Bennett shares a special relationship with his daughter, Jasmine. Jasmine is a junior middle blocker for the Louisville volleyball team. Even though her father went to UK, he still supports her in the Cardinal red at her games. Kentucky Basketball Hosting Telethon for Hurricane Harvey Victims on Sunday

In light of the devastation and destruction in Texas caused by Hurricane Harvey, the Kentucky men’s basketball team is taking action. John and Ellen Calipari, Joe and Kelly Craft, and the UK men’s basketball team will host a telethon Sunday from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on WKYT and its affiliates throughout the state. UK Announces Partial Roster for 2017 Alumni Charity Game

Some Kentucky basketball legends will return to Rupp Arena Friday night for the 2017 UK Alumni Charity Game. UK Athletics announced Thursday that Derek Anderson, Keith Bogans, Ramel Bradley, Rex Chapman, Erik Daniels, Tony Delk, Jamaal Magloire, Mychal Mulder and Antoine Walker are all confirmed for the game. The game will also feature current NBA players, however, per NBA rules, the University of Kentucky cannot confirm or advertise current NBA players participating in the game.
