Hamidou Diallo, who enrolled at Kentucky this semester, is the highest ranked at No. 10. Jarred Vanderbilt is right behind him at No. 11, P.J. Former Kentucky Wildcat Isaac Humphries is busy preparing for the next level. While most think that Humphries will take his talents overseas, it appears he does have a shot at the NBA. Future Kentucky Wildcat Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a big weekend in Louisville, as he was named MVP of the Kentucky Derby Festival Classic. Gilgeous-Alexander had a game-high 29 points as Team Thunder beat Team Lightning 122-109. Alexander also won the all-star game’s three-point shooting contest. Incoming Kentucky basketball player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is in Louisville for Saturday night’s Kentucky Derby Festival Basketball Classic. Gilgeous-Alexander and the rest of the participants have been hard at work on the court, but this morning they got away from practice and gave back to those who need it most. They visited Norton Children’s Hospital in downtown Louisville to hang out with kids who are battling cancer and other serious illnesses.
