Kentucky jumped out to a 19-0 lead on their way to the century mark as they defeated Evansville 100-62. The Wildcats outscored Evansville 55-23 in the first half, with junior guard Maci Morris leading the way with 18 points in the half and finishing with 20 for the game with limited minutes in the second half. UK Football | Courtney Love wins 2017 Wuerffel Trophy

University of Kentucky senior linebacker Courtney Love has been named the winner of the 2017 Wuerffel Trophy. The award honors college football players who best combine exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement. Love leads the team in community service hours. He currently volunteers at Amachi Central Kentucky, a mentoring program that pairs adults with children and youth who have one or both parents in state or federal prison or are affected by incarceration in some way. Calipari frustrated in Kentucky's win over Harvard

The UK basketball team picked up another win on Saturday, beating Harvard at Rupp Arena, 79-70. The Cats held a large lead in the second half before the Crimson fought their way back. UK FOOTBALL | Wildcats to Play in Music City Bowl

The Kentucky football team accepted a bid to play in the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl on Sunday. The Wildcats (7-5) will face Northwestern (9-3) in Jacksonville on Dec. 29 at 4:30 p.m. ET. The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team bounced back from a tough loss to #9 Baylor on Wednesday. UK defeated Tennessee Tech 82-54 on Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats shot 75 percent in the first quarter to take a 22-13 and continued shooting well to stretch their lead to 25 points by half.
