2018 wide receiver flips commitment from Louisville to Kentucky

06/20/2017 10:33 PM

Kentucky picked up another football commitment on Tuesday night. 2018 three-star wide receiver Akeem Hayes flipped his commitment from Louisville to Kentucky. He hails from Hollywood, Florida, where fellow 2018 commitments Davoan Hawkins and Marvin Alexander are also from.

Hayes made the announcement on twitter, saying that the relationships he has built with the Kentucky coaching staff over the past couple of months were big reasons for his flip to Kentucky.

Hayes is Kentucky’s 13th commitment in Kentucky’s 2018 class. Kentucky now has the 19th ranked class in 2018, according to Rivals.com. We will have more tomorrow night on KSTV.
