With the familiar locker rooms, routine schedules and raucous crowds, playing at home is supposed to be an advantage. But for the Louisville basketball team, there has been somewhat of a home-court disadvantage.
The Cards are 19-4 on the season, but two of the losses have come at the KFC Yum! Center. It just so happens that the opponents in those games were top-ranked Kentucky and number four Duke. But even in some of their wins at home, UofL has struggled, especially when it comes to shooting the ball.
With the Pittsburgh Panthers in town tonight, the team will look to shake those woes and restore a true home-court advantage.
