When it comes to the big men, there is no comparison between UK and UofL’s freshmen. Karl Towns and Trey Lyles were top-10 recruits, while Chinanu Onuaku and Anas Mahmoud fell somewhere outsider of the top-75.

But when you look at the perimeter players, the rankings were not far off. Tyler Ulis and Devin Booker were ranked 19 and 22 in the 2014 recruiting cycle. Quentin Snider and Shaqquan Aaron were ranked 39 and 26.

On the court though, it is a different story. The duo of Ulis and Booker has vastly outplayed the Cards’ freshmen combo. cn|2 Sports looked into the numbers and broke down the difference between the players thus far.
