What's next for UofL

The Louisville Cardinals know they are in the NCAA Tournament, but that’s about all they know. The good feelings that came with last weekend’s upset win over Virginia seemingly vanished after the Cards were upset by North Carolina in the ACC Tournament. Now it’s a case of watching the selection show on Sunday to see where the team is going and who they will play. ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi has projected UofL as a four seed, playing in Portland, Oregon against Yale from the Ivy League.
The Portland Regional is scheduled to play games on Thursday and Saturday.
If UofL does get sent to Portland, they would, with a win, potentially play the BYU/Utah winner. Guess who would be waiting next? Yup, potentially top ranked Kentucky. The Cards have a long way to go before thinking about anything like that. Going one and donet in the ACC Tournament is one thing, but here’s how the Cardinals say they can avoid the same fate in the NCAA Tournament.
