UofL MEN'S BASKETBALL | Report: Cards to Receive NCAA Notice of Allegations

The Louisville men’s basketball program is expected to receive its Notice of Allegations from the NCAA at some point this week, according to The Courier-Journal.

The report goes on to say that UofL will then make the notice public on Thursday.

The Notice of Allegations stems from the NCAA’s investigation into the alleged sex scandal involving players and recruits from 2010-2014.

As a result of the alleged scandal, Louisville self-imposed a postseason ban for the program last season. It also then went on to self-impose recruiting sanctions that will continue to take effect after this season ends.

Cardinal head coach Rick Pitino addressed the scandal last week at UofL Media Day. To see what he said, click on video link here.
