UofL FOOTBALL | The players love a nearby bowl game

12/09/2015 06:30 AM

Don’t be fooled. Players love road trips. It’s a chance to see a new venue, and a new city. The down side comes with dealing with all the opposing hostile fans.

However, a neutral site game gives a team the best of both worlds. it’s a chance to check out a new location, and have your own supporters on hand. For UofL this year’s bowl game works out even better because the Music City Bowl is in Nashville, just a short car ride away, down I-65.

We spoke with Reggie Bonnafon and Keith Kelsey to see how they feel about the December 30th game (7pm ET kickoff).
