To say Joker Phillips has a lot of work in front of him this summer would be an epic understatement. Phillips is 11-14 in his 2 years on the job, and many feel that, short of a spectacular season, he’ll find himself collecting unemployment this time next year. Aaron Cordero, KSR contributor and founder of Bleed Blue Kentucky joined Chip recently to talk about the state of UK football.
