This UofL Swimmer is the best in the city, state, NCAA and USA

UofL Swimmer Kelsi Worrell is one of the nicest people you’ll meet, until you get into the pool. Then she has a warrior’s mentality.

Last March Worrell won the NCAA Championship in the 100 Butterfly, setting both the NCAA and American record (49.89). Now she will be representing the USA in next month’s Pan-Am games in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We recently had a chance to chat with the Junior about her season, her Olympic-Sized hopes, and what it is like to be the best at something.
