Siva Shines With Dad There Every Step Of The Way

After experienced a largely inconsistent junior year, UofL guard Peyton Siva saw his game come together during last week’s Big East Tournament. Siva was named the tourney’s Most Valuable Player in leading UofL to the title. CN|2 Sports was at Madison Square Garden and got an up close look at not only Siva’s emergence on the court, but at the bond between Siva and his dad, Peyton Siva Sr. Siva rescued at his dad from a suicide attempt when he was 13 years old.
The No. 4 seeded Cards will open play in the NCAA Tournament in Portland on Thursday at 1:40 p.m. against 13th-seeded Davidson. CN|2 Sports will be in Portland to provide you with all the coverage.
