Former UofL running back Senorise Perry became the 9th Louisville Cardinal to sign a rookie contract after the Bears made him an offer today, according to the team’s website.

Perry, who rushed for 677 yards and six touchdowns for UofL last season, will have some familiar faces to look at in Chicago. Another former Card, Brandon Dunn, signed with Chicago earlier this month, and Bears defensive line coach Clint Hurtt served in the same position at Louisville for the last four seasons.

Perry was offered a contract on the heels of his performance at the Bears’ rookie camp last week. The versatile Perry also caught 18 passes last season as well as spending time on special teams.
