Jockey Rosie Napravnik was issued a four day suspension from Churchill Downs racing stewards after she, and her horse Bayern, made contact with Embellishing Bob in the home stretch of last weekend’s Derby Trial at Churchill, according to USA Today .

Jockey Brian Hernandez Jr., who was aboard Embellishing Bob, filed an objection with stewards after Bayern had drifted out and interfered with his horse during the final furlong of the 2014 Kentucky Derby Trial Stakes. Bayern, who had finished first, was bumped to second and Embellishing Bob was moved up to first.

For her role, Napravnik was suspended for three days but that suspension was pushed to four days as she was allowed to stay aboard her Kentucky Derby mount, Vicar’s In Trouble, this Saturday.
