Louisville to face Old Dominion in opening round of Battle 4 Atlantis

University of Louisville men’s basketball now knows its first opponent in this fall’s Battle 4 Atlantis.

The Cardinals will open the eight-team tournament in a prime time game against Old Dominion. UofL and Michigan State are the two most highly regarded teams entering the weekend and have been seeded on opposite sides of the bracket.

If Louisville beats Old Dominion, the team could meet Louisiana State in the second round. That match-up would pit the Cards against former UofL commit and current LSU guard Antonio Blakeney.

The tournament is scheduled to begin on November 23 in the Bahamas.
