The Lexington community gathered at Lafayette High School Monday night to remember 15-year-old student-athlete Trinity Gay.
Gay, a member of the school’s track team, was shot and killed early Sunday morning near a Cook Out restaurant on South Broadway in Lexington.
Gay’s father, U.S. Olympic track star Tyson Gay, spoke at the vigil on Monday night.
