How Does Teddy Bridgewater Measure Up?

The NFL Scouting Combine started today in Indianapolis, and the consensus top three quarterbacks in the upcoming draft weighed in. Johnny Manziel, aka Johnny Football, came in just a hair under his self-proclaimed six foot stature at 5-foot-11 3/4 and weighed 207 lbs. Manziel’s hand size, which is important to scouts in rating quarterbacks, was a whopping 9 7/8”. Blake Bortles measurements were 6-foot-5, 232 lbs and 9 1/4 inches hands. Nine inch hands are considered to be the minimum standard for NFL QB Hands, according to nfl.com. Take a look at Teddy’s Measurements:

NFL.com has Manziel as 3rd pick to Jacksonville, Bridgewater as 4th pick to Cleveland, Bortles as 8th pick to Minnesota and Louisville safety Calvin Pryor as the 27th pick of the first round going to New Orleans.

Don Banks at SI.com has Manziel as the number one overall pick to Houston, Bridgewater as number four to Cleveland, Bortles number five to Oakland and Calvin Pryor number 21 to Green Bay.

The NFL Scouting Combine continues through February 25th, and the 2014 NFL Draft is May 8th
