Five additional Louisville players, signees selected during final day of MLB Draft

On Wednesday, Louisville infielder Sutton Whiting and left-handed pitchers Josh Rogers and Robert Strader were among a group of five Cardinals selected during the final day of the 2015 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft.

During Dan McDonnell’s nine years as head coach, Louisville has produced 52 Major League Baseball draft selections, including a school record 10 in 2010 and eight more in 2014.

Here’s a breakdown of the 2015 draftees:
