Duke Punches Ticket to Title Game

The Duke Blue Devils are the first team to earn a spot in the 2015 NCAA Championship Game.

Duke Knocked off Michigan State 81-61 Saturday night in the first game of the the 2015 NCAA Final Four. The Blue Devils went on a 14-2 run midway through the first half to take a 36-25 lead into halftime. The Devils didn’t let up in the second half either, as their smallest lead in the second half was 13 points.

Freshman center Jahlil Okafor led Duke in scoring with 18 points, shooting 7-11 from the floor. Freshman forward Justise Winslow and senior guard Quinn Cook added 13 points and 16 points, respectively.

The win leads Duke to their 11th NCAA Championship Game in school history and 10th under Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Duke will face the winner of the Kentucky vs Wisconsin game for the national title Monday night at 9:00 P.M. at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
