Dexter Heyman weighs in on the air-soft incident at UK

Off the field incidents often plague college football teams from time to time, and the UK program is no different.

The Cats were forced into headlines when news broke regarding four football players involved in an incident with air-soft guns on the University of Kentucky campus.

Freshmen Drew Barker, Dorian Baker, Tymere Dubose and Stanley Williams have been suspended for Saturday’s game against South Carolina. That’ll likely put the Cats at an even greater disadvantage since Williams and Baker are key contributors thus far in the 2014 season.

It’s a messy situation and something no team or coaching staff ever wants to go through. Former UofL linebacker Dexter Heyman joined cn|2 Sports to discuss the situation and how the Cats can proceed from here.
