Another win for the UofL football team, albeit not an impressive one. Despite getting a season-low 369 yards and being called for 12 penalties, the Cards walked away with a win against the Huskies on a very cold Friday night in Storrs, Connecticut. Charles Gaines helped the Cards get on the board first by blocking a punt and returning it 7 yards for the game’s first score. Teddy Bridgewater was 21 of 37 for 288 yards and one touchdown with one interception, only his third this season.
