Card's star receiver could be back for Clemson

When DeVante Parker went down with an injury in the preseason, many believed Louisville could weather the storm through the first six weeks of the season. After that, it would become a much tougher task with the likes of Clemson, Florida State and Notre Dame on the horizon.
It appears that the star receiver will be back just in time because a showdown with the Tigers looms large this weekend. Head coach Bobby Petrino announced that Parker will practice throughout the week and anticipates the 6-foot-3 senior will make his season debut on Saturday.
As is always the case with injuries, it can change day by day. But for now, the potential return of DeVante Parker is a sight for sore eyes for the up and down UofL offense.
