2012 NCAA Division II National Championship Festival

More than a thousand student athletes are in Louisville this week to compete in the 2012 NCAA Division II National Championships Festival. It’s the only place in the NCAA where six champions will be crowned in a single event – for softball, women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s golf and men’s and women’s tennis. Karl Schmitt from the Louisville Sports Commission joined Chip on the set to talk about the event, which is expected to bring close to 2-million in revenues for the city.
